What new products to expect from Apple in March 2020

Rumors suggest we may be on the verge of seeing a wave of new Apple products arriving later this month, from all-new iPhones and iPads to updated Apple Watch and Mac models.
With rumors of Apple cancelling its annual Worldwide Developers Conference in June due to coronavirus fears, it seems now that a March event is unlikely however, there is still time for Apple to send invites to the media in time for March 31st when the company was/is said to take to the stage.
While the delivery of the announcements are unknown, here’s what we expect from Apple in March 2020…
iPhone
Apple is said to be introducing an all-new low-cost iPhone in March, expected to be an “iPhone SE 2” featuring a design similar to the iPhone 8. The device, which is rumored to start from $399, is believed to feature a 4.7-inch display with Touch ID and one single rear camera.
As an update to the original iPhone SE, this device isn’t expected to feature the many bells and whistles that are found on the iPhone 11 or iPhone 11 Pro, although the device will feature Apple’s latest internals.
The new device is said to be available in three colors: space gray, silver, and red in both 64GB and 128GB.
iPad
The jury is still out on this one. We’ve seen many reports which suggest an all-new iPad Pro is in development with an iPhone 11 Pro-style rear triple-camera system, possibly in a new 12-inch screen size.
While there seems to be a clear indication of what the device will offer, reports a mixed as to when the device will launch – some claim the new model will arrive in March, while others say it won’t until late 2020.
Asides from the new camera setup, the new iPad Pro is said to support 5G cellular, making it Apple’s first 5G product ahead of September when the company is expected to debut a full range of 5G iPhone models. – Additionally, the new hardware will most likely see the usual battery improvements and spec upgrades.
Mac
Following the release of the new 16-inch MacBook Pro in November, Apple is expected to carry across the slimmer bezels and faster performance to the 13-inch model this month.
The machine will most likely feature the scissor mechanism keyboard Apple is beginning to reintroduce to its Mac line, as well as the Force Touch trackpad and the Apple T2 Security Chip which debuted last year on the larger model.
Apple Watch
Rumors have suggested Apple will release a PRODUCT(RED) version of the Apple Watch Series 5 in spring, and presumably the new wearable would make an appearance this month ahead of a completely new model launching in fall.
Although Apple sells official PRODUCT(RED) accessories for the Apple Watch, this would be the first time a PRODUCT(RED) Apple Watch model has been released. The new model would presumably be a special edition which would be available for just a couple of months, likely being the aluminum Watch with a red exterior casing.
Other
We may see Apple announce a new Apple TV with updated internals. Reports have also suggested a small, more affordable Amazon Fire TV Stick-like device may also be in development, although it is unclear if this will make an appearance later this month.
Apple will most likely take the opportunity to release new accessories for iPhone and Apple Watch in March, releasing a new line of brighter cases and watch bands for spring.
