New ‘12-inch’ iPad Pro in production with 3D-sensing camera system, according to report

Apple will release a new ‘12-inch’ iPad Pro at the end of March with a rear-facing iPhone 11 Pro-style triple-camera system, including a time-of-flight 3D sensor, according to Digitimes.
While we have heard rumors about Apple planning to add a time-of-flight 3D sensor to the iPad for quite some time, we haven’t before had any suggestions that a 12-inch model is in the making.
Digitimes has previously reported that Apple’s future iPad Pro models will be equipped with 5nm-based A14 chips and support a combination of mmWave and sub-6GHz to offer 5G cellular support.
