Will Apple stream its October 28 ‘Pro and tell’ event? Here’s what we know

Apple has confirmed its October 28 “Pro and tell” event, but one important question remains unanswered: will people at home actually be able to watch it live?
Apple has not yet announced a public livestream for the October 28 event, and there is currently no confirmed YouTube or Apple TV stream specifically for “Pro and tell.”
Apple has confirmed the event will take place on October 28 at 10 a.m. PT, but the format appears different from a traditional Apple Park keynote.
Selected media have already been invited to an all-day product launch experience in Los Angeles. The Apple Post previously reported on those media invitations, which point to hands-on access with new Macs and iPad hardware.
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has previously reported that Apple’s late-October launch would include an online video presentation alongside the in-person component, which means Apple could still release a prerecorded presentation even if there is no conventional live keynote.
We previously explained why the October 28 launch is not expected to follow Apple’s usual event format. The “Pro and tell” branding and Los Angeles media experience continue to point toward a more focused product launch rather than a full-scale Apple Park event.
If Apple announces a public stream, the most likely places to watch would be Apple’s website, the Apple TV app and Apple’s YouTube channel, which the company regularly uses for major events. Until Apple publishes viewing details, however, those options should not be treated as confirmed for October 28.
The event is expected to focus on Apple’s first touchscreen MacBook Pro, a standard M6 MacBook Pro, an M6 iMac and a redesigned OLED iPad mini.
