Apple launches redesigned online store with dedicated ‘Store’ tab

Apple has added a new dedicated “Store” section to the Apple.com website, which shows users all of the iPhone maker’s latest products and accessories in one place.
The new online store section takes inspiration from the Apple Store app, featuring a “What’s New” section, cards promoting services, quick access to Apple’s retail store locator, and the option to start a Live Chat with an Apple Specialist.
The “Store” tab is now in Apple’s main webpage navigation bar. It replaces the old way of accessing the online Apple Store, which was selecting a product, such as an iPhone, choosing a model, and then tapping the “Buy” button.
Choosing a product in the new “Store” tab shows users the various models in that category as well as accessories, shopping guides, engraving options where applicable, and set up and support options. The page also shows “Ways to Save,” such as trade-in discounts and carrier incentives.
You can see the new page for yourself at www.apple.com/store or by selecting the “Store” tab on Apple’s website.
