Apple on Sunday shared a new ad entitled “Memory” focused on iPhone X ‘s Face ID, and how it can be used to log-in a user to third-party applications safely and securely without having to type or remember passwords.
The comical commercial starts showing a game show contestant being quizzed on the newly set password to his bank account. As the clock begins to tick and the pressure mounts to remember the password the contestant quickly uses his iPhone X to authenticate into his mobile banking, and he wins the challenge just in time.
“Memory” is just one of Apple’s many iPhone X ads that focus on Face ID. Most recently the company has been showing how Face ID can be used for Apple Pay and Apple Pay Cash payments.
