‘iPhone SE 2’ on schedule to launch in March despite production delays
Apple is on schedule to launch its low-cost “iPhone SE 2” next month despite the coronavirus outbreak plaguing production across China, according to a report from Bloomberg which claims Apple’s rumored new iPad Pro with triple-lens camera system may not launch on schedule due to the ongoing strain on production.
The news comes after a new rumor claims Apple will host an event on Tuesday, March 31, with new devices officially being released on Friday, April 3.
According to Bloomberg, Apple had hoped to launch its updated iPad Pro models within the first half of 2020, although the ongoing production issues and component shortages ‘may yet impose delays’ on that schedule.
