Apple promotes the LEGO Batman Movie when users say ‘Hey Computer’ to Siri on an iPhone or iPad
Following the release of the LEGO Batman Movie on Friday, Siri is promoting the film to iOS users when either ‘Hey Computer’ or “Hey ‘puter” is said to the personal assistant on either an iPhone or iPad. In typical Siri fashion, Siri responds with comical responses such as “I am at your service, Lego Batman sir,” and “Welcome home, sir. I’ve heated up your lobster thermidor in the microwave”.

While this isn’t the first time Apple has updated Siri to respond to current events, it’s the first time the assistant has commented on new movie releases. – In October, Bloomberg reported that Apple plans to bring together the individual teams working on services such as Siri, iCloud, Maps, Apple News and Apple Pay by moving operations into one central location (Cupertino, California) with the possibility of the team being uprooted again when Apple move into their new Campus 2 headquarters when construction is completed later this year.
