Apple Store down in US ahead of Apple Vision Pro pre-orders
Apple has taken down the online Apple Store in the US ahead of pre-orders for Apple Vision Pro beginning today at 5 a.m. PST.
Last year, Apple introduced the Apple Vision Pro headset, made from a single piece of three-dimensionally shaped laminated glass with an aluminum alloy frame that contours to the user’s face, the device boasts an array of advanced cameras and sensors. These components collaborate to deliver an immersive mixed-reality experience, enhanced by speakers strategically positioned near the user’s ears to provide Spatial Audio, resulting in lifelike three-dimensional environments.
The Apple Vision Pro headset is powered by visionOS, a software drawing inspiration from macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. This operating system introduces a novel three-dimensional interface that responds to users’ eyes, hands, and voice commands.
Apple Vision Pro will come with a Solo Knit Band and Dual Loop Band — giving users two options for the fit that works best for them. The headset will also come packaged with a Light Seal, two Light Seal Cushions, an Apple Vision Pro Cover for the front of the device, Polishing Cloth, Battery, USB-C Charge Cable, and USB-C Power Adapter.
