Twitter Blue subscription expands to United States and New Zealand
Twitter has expanded its paid Twitter Blue subscription service that unlocks additional Twitter features including the ability to bookmark and undo Tweets, color theme and app icon options, a reader mode, and more, to users in the United States and New Zealand.
Available for $2.99 per month in the U.S., Twitter Blue gives access to “exclusive features and perks that will [take the user] experience on Twitter to the next level,” says the company, with today’s expansion marking the first time the service has been available outside of Australia and Canada, where the service first launched in June.
Twitter Blue offers subscribers access to ad-free content from sites that include The Washington Post, L.A. Times, USA TODAY, The Atlantic, Reuters, and more, as well as access to the most-shared articles on Twitter in the last 24 hours and other exclusive perks, such as first access to new Twitter features like the ability to upload videos up to 10 minutes in length.
