Apple starts iPhone Upgrade Program pre-approvals in the US
Following the debut of the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max, Apple is offering pre-approval for the iPhone Upgrade Program for customers in the US ahead of pre-orders beginning on Friday.
By completing the pre-approval with the Apple Store app, new and existing iPhone Upgrade Program members can go through the process of choosing their prefered model, confirming their network and getting approved for their loan so that when pre-orders go live, customers can simply tap confirm to complete their order.
In the UK, the iPhone Upgrade Program requires customers to go in-store to complete their loan agreement in person. Apple isn’t offering iPhone Upgrade Program pre-approval in the UK because of this, but the company is offering pre-approval for customers who wish to purchase their iPhone through a financing agreement.
