Alleged new Apple MagSafe cases for iPhone 12 shown ahead of spring refresh
Earlier today, we saw images shared by Chinese leaker DuanRui that suggested that Apple’s new spring collection of MagSafe cases for the iPhone 12 would come in light blue, dark purple, mint green, and a peach color, ahead of a launch expected any day now, possibly alongside the launch of updated iPads, new AirTags, and more at a special event in April.
Now, DuanRui has shared a follow-up, this time showing what appears to be Apple’s actual spring iPhone cases in the flesh, matching the colors previously shared in screenshots from Chinese social network Weibo.
The image shows what appears to be the bottom half of the four new cases, with no word on what the supposed fifth new color will be. The alleged new colors are similar to Apple’s 2020 spring accessory line for the iPhone 11 which launched last March, with the exception of the dark purple.

It’s unclear at this stage if the new colors will be limited to Apple’s silicone iPhone cases, or if the leather accessories, including the MagSafe Wallet, will also get spring color updates. It is also unknown at this time if Apple will release matching colored bands for the Apple Watch for its spring accessory update.
