Apple launching new Apple Watch Activity Challenge for Earth Day
Apple is set to host its third annual Apple Watch Activity Challenge for Earth Day.
Uncovered by Kyle Seth Gray who shared details of the challenge on Twitter, Apple will reward watch wearers who complete and record any workout for 30 minutes or more on April 22nd with a special achievement badge and accompanying iMessage sticker.
Apple hasn’t officially announced the new Activity Challenge as of yet, though the description for the forthcoming event can be found below.
On April 22, get outside, celebrate the planet, and earn this award by doing any workout for 30 minutes or more. Record your time with the Workout app or any app that adds workouts to Health.
The new Earth Day challenge is the second Activity Challenge held by Apple this year, celebrating International Women’s Day in March and Heart Month in February. Unlike some previous challenges, Apple will be opening up this competition for all Apple Watch wearers globally.
