Apple releases new 15-inch MacBook Pro with Radeon Pro Vega graphics
Apple has released a new 15-inch MacBook Pro with Radeon Pro Vega graphics following a confirmation last month.
The Vega graphics on the new 15-inch machine offer users up to 60 percent faster graphics performance than the previous top-end option found on Apple’s other recent MacBook Pro models.
Customers can order the new model from Apple.com today. The machine can be custom configured with Radeon Pro Vega 16 graphics for an additional $250 of the price of the standard 15-inch MacBook Pro, or Radeon Pro Vega 20 graphics for an additional $350.
The Radeon Pro Vega cards come with 4 GB of HBM2 (the HB stands for high bandwidth) memory.
