Apple says new MacBook Pro with Radeon Pro Vega Graphics coming next month
Following no mentioning of the MacBook Pro during its ‘There’s more in the making.’ event earlier today which saw the introduction of a redesigned MacBook Air and Mac mini, alongside a Face ID equipped iPad Pro, Apple has quietly announced that a new MacBook Pro with Radeon Pro Vega Graphics will be coming next month.
Within a press release published to Apple.com, Apple has said the forthcoming MacBook Pro will deliver up to 60 percent faster graphics performance, which will aid in video editing, 3D design and more.
It’s not clear why Apple didn’t mention the new MacBook Pro model during its event today. No pricing has been shared for the new model, and an official release date hasn’t been confirmed.
Apple also today announced new MacBook Pro graphics options that will bring powerful Radeon Pro Vega graphics to MacBook Pro for the first time. These new graphics options deliver up to 60 percent faster graphics performance for the most demanding video editing, 3D design and rendering workloads.
