Apple is once again rumored to be working on a new, larger iPad Air, with a report from DigiTimes claiming that the new iPad Air could feature a 12.9-inch display, much like Apple’s largest iPad Pro.
Whilst the new iPad Air is rumored to feature the same 12.9-inch display as the iPad Pro, the report suggests that the device will lack a mini-LED display.
Rumors have previously pointed to Apple’s next iPad Air retaining the same overall design as the current model, with the next upgrade likely offering minor improvements over the existing version.
The new device isn’t expected anytime before the end of the year, with the report echoing a previous insight, which claimed that the refreshed iPad Air could be available in new small and large screen sizes, similar to how Apple offers the iPad Pro in 11-inch and 12.9-inch sizes.
