iPhone 15 rumored to use new stacked battery technology

Apple is rumored to be using new stacked battery technology on its upcoming iPhone 15 series, according to leaker “RGcloudS” on Twitter.
The leaker, who mainly shares information about Android devices, said Apple-rival Samsung is working on new stacked battery technology for its upcoming flagships, referring to a design approach where multiple battery cells are stacked on top of each other to increase the overall energy density and capacity of the battery.
Despite Samsung allegedly planning to launch the technology with only some models, Apple is reportedly planning to use stacked battery technology on all four iPhone 15 models, which are expected to be announced later in the year.
It has previously been rumored that Apple will be significantly increasing the battery capacity of all new iPhone 15 models.
