Apple has revealed today that 81 percent of all active iPhones are now running a version of iOS 16.
Revealed ahead of the unveiling of iOS 17 next week, Apple reports that 90 percent of all devices introduced in the last four years use iOS 16, with 76 percent of all iPads introduced in the last four years using a version of iPadOS 16.
The data reveals that 13% of active iPhones are still running iOS 15, and 6% are running an older iOS version.
The statistics don’t include devices that download the latest software but aren’t connected to an Apple ID.
