watchOS 9.1 now available with battery life improvements, and more

Apple has released watchOS 9.1 for Apple Watch, introducing new features including the ability for the wearable to download music while off the charger using Wi-Fi or cellular, support for Matter, and battery life improvements.
Battery life improvements are arguably the most significant new arrival with watchOS 9.1, with Apple saying battery life has been extended during Outdoor Walking, Running, and Hiking Workouts with the ability to reduce the frequency of heart rate and GPS readings on Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch SE (2nd generation) and Apple Watch Ultra.
In addition to the new features, Apple says watchOS 9.1 includes bug fixes.
