Apple opening new Brompton Road Apple Store in Knightsbridge, London on July 28
Apple has announced that it will be opening the doors to a new 20,000-square-foot retail store situated in Knightsbridge, one of London’s most luxurious shopping areas on July 28, with a lineup of free music, art and wellness sessions confirmed to celebrate the store’s grand opening, including a special guest DJ on the day the doors open.
Plans for a new Apple Store in Knightsbridge were revealed in 2019, when The Evening Standard reported that the iPhone maker had signed a deal to open a location between high-end world-famous department stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols.
Apple says online “Our newest store on London’s iconic Brompton Road, a moment away from Hyde Park, is almost ready to explore. It’s a place where your boldest ideas can bloom, and we’re here to help them grow.”
In celebration of the announcement, Apple has created a set of special wallpapers for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, featuring the floral pattern used online to announce the new store’s grand opening.
The new Knightsbridge store will join Apple’s five other retail stores in the city.
