Apple releases iOS 15.3.1 and iPadOS 15.3.1

Apple has released iOS 15.3.1 and iPadOS 15.3.1, bringing security fixes to iPhone and iPad.
Releasing alongside watchOS 8.4.2 and macOS Monterey 12.2.1, today’s new updates follow after the release of iOS 15.3 and iPadOS 15.3 at the end of January which fixed a Safari bug that could leak a users’ browsing history and Google ID to websites that use the IndexedDB JavaScript API to see the URLs recently visited by a user.
Today’s new updates appear to be relatively minor, focusing on security fixes rather than new features.
Apple is currently beta testing iOS 15.4 that enables Universal Control with the macOS Monterey 12.3 beta, 37 new emoji characters, a new feature that makes it possible for users to unlock their iPhone while wearing a face mask without having to authenticate with an Apple Watch, and more.
