Apple now also selling refurbished M1 MacBook Air online
After adding its M1 MacBook Pro to the official Certified Refurbished online store in the United States and Canada on Tuesday, Apple has today also started selling refurbished versions of the M1 MacBook Air, available now with savings of $150.
Gold, Silver, and Space Gray machines are listed with discounts of around 15 percent compared to the price of the machine if bought new.
Apple’s base-level 13.3-inch M1 MacBook Air with its 8-core CPU, 7-core GPU, and 8GB RAM is priced at $849, down from $999.
Like all refurbished MacBook models sold through the official Apple Certified Refurbished online store, the machine comes packaged in a new box with a USB-C power adapter and USB-C cable. Apple thoroughly inspects, tests, and cleans all machines before they are sold, coming with Apple’s standard one-year warranty, leaving them virtually indistinguishable from a brand new model.
The M1 Mac mini is now the only Apple Silicon Mac yet to make its way onto the discounted online store.
