Apple to offer Apple Store employees free subscriptions to Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple Arcade

Apple will give its Apple Store employees a free subscription to Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple Arcade in January, according to a new report.
Sources cited by 9to5Mac claim early next year, Apple will rollout free access to its paid services for Apple Store employees in an initiative to give customer-facing staff first-hand experience using Apple’s range of pay-monthly services to encourage employees to promote subscriptions to customers in-store.
The report claims the perk will be limited to individual use by the employees themselves, so if they wanted to use Family Sharing for any of the services, they would have to pay for a subscription on their own.
Additionally, retail employees are set to receive $100 off Apple Watch purchases from January through March, according to sources.
It is unknown if the promotion will apply to all Apple Store employees globally or only those in the United States. It is also unclear how long the free subscriptions will last for.
