Ariana Grande has broken Apple Music records with her latest album – thank u, next – becoming Apple’s Biggest Day 1 Global Pop Album and Biggest Day 1 Global for a female artist.
The news was shared on Sunday via the official Twitter account for Apple Music, revealing the album is the #1 album on Apple Music in 84 countries around the world.
Ariana Grande was one of the Grammy nominees featured on Apple’s Memoji-themed Apple Music billboards displayed across Los Angeles, with the company pushing 7 Rings, a track from the pop singer-songwriter’s hit thank u, next album with an Animoji Karaoke commercial aired during the Grammys.
