Apple Campus 2 to start receiving finishing touches before move in
As we approach the deadline that was set for the move in of the new Apple campus, finishing touches have started to be added to ththe building. Recent drone footage shows that construction is wrapping up and only a few lingering cranes remain.
Currently work is still being done on rooftop solar installation, which is now around 70% complete as well as the canopy for the windows. The R&D facility is pretty much done as it has been paved and lighting has been installed. Parking garages have been completed and are now being used by construction personnel.
It’s still unknown when Apple employees will being making the transition to the new campus. It was originally scheduled for the end of January, but as that date is rapidly approaching we’re guessing that the company is targeting a March or April move in date.
