Kohl’s to start carrying Apple Watch ahead of Black Friday
U.S department store, Kohl’s, will begin to start selling the Apple Watch on the 15th of November. 400 of the company’s retail stores will have the wearable available just in time for the holiday season. Of course this is just a fraction of the 1,100 locations. This comes shortly after we learned that Macy’s will also be selling the Apple Watch at 180 of its stores with mini Apple boutiques.
Kohl’s has been a long time partner, implementing Apple Pay from the early launch and making its store credit card compatible with Apple’s Wallet app. Their rewards card has also recently been optimized for Apple Pay. 9to5Toys has recently obtained a leaked advertisement from Kohl’s showing a lot of upcoming holiday sales. While on the subject of the Apple Watch, Apple Watch Nike+ availability has expanded to Nike stores as well as Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Between the iPhone 7, new MacBook Pro, and expansion of Apple Watch outlets, this should be a fairly decent quarter for Apple sales.
