iPhone Duo deliveries begin in North America

Breaking News Apple’s first foldable iPhone is now reaching customers across North America, with iPhone Duo deliveries beginning in the United States and Canada as the device completes its first-day rollout around the world.
The North American launch follows the first deliveries in Australia and New Zealand before iPhone Duo reached customers across Asia, the Middle East and Europe earlier today.
Customers can now also purchase iPhone Duo through Apple Stores and Apple’s online store in launch markets, subject to stock availability.
iPhone Duo starts at $1,999 in the United States, making it one of Apple’s most expensive iPhones. The device comes in star white and night sky and is available with up to 2TB of storage.
Apple’s foldable combines a compact 5.4-inch outer display with a 7.6-inch inner display, with both screens supporting ProMotion and Always On. The device uses the A20 Pro chip, Touch ID in the side button and a dual-battery design.
The Apple Post has a complete guide to iPhone Duo covering everything from its folding display and cameras to battery life, Apple Pencil support and accessories.
iPhone Duo also arrives with iOS 27.1, bringing Apple’s first iPhone interface designed around two displays and a folding form factor. The device introduces Split View multitasking to iPhone for the first time, allowing two apps to run side by side on the inner display.
A further 28 countries and regions are scheduled to receive iPhone Duo beginning October 30.
