Apple is expanding Siri AI to five additional languages with iOS 27.2, bringing the new Siri experience to more iPhone users around the world.
The first iOS 27.2 developer beta adds Siri AI support for French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.
Apple had previously announced plans to expand Siri AI language support following its initial rollout. The new languages now appearing in the iOS 27.2 beta indicate that Apple is preparing the expansion for users as part of the upcoming software update.
Siri AI is Apple’s next-generation version of Siri, with improved conversational abilities, greater awareness of personal context and deeper integration with apps and information stored on a user’s devices.
The language expansion is one of several changes being tested in iOS 27.2 beta 1. The update also includes Apple’s redesigned Health app, Apple TV profiles on iPhone and other changes for users and developers.
iOS 27.2 remains in developer beta testing, so availability and features can change before the update is released publicly.
