iPhone 15 Pro Max expected to ship 3-4 weeks later than other iPhone 15 models

Apple is once again rumored to be facing issues that could lead to the iPhone 15 Pro Max shipping later than the other models in the iPhone 15 series, with a new report from 9to5Mac based on information sourced from an unknown analyst note claiming that the 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Pro Max could be delayed by 3-4 weeks.
According to the report, Apple supplier Sony is unable to provide image sensors for the iPhone 15 Pro Max on time, leading to a delayed October ship date. The new image sensors are specifically for the 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Pro Max, therefor at this point, it is believed that only this model will face a delay at launch.
The report follows after a report last month claimed that shipping of the iPhone 15 series could be pushed to October, again speculating that supply issues would impact the usual September releases for the new devices.
Apple is expected to announce four new iPhone 15 models in fall, including a 6.1-inch iPhone 15, 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Plus, 6.1-inch iPhone 15 Pro, and 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Plus.
All four 15 models will feature the Dynamic Island and that 120Hz ProMotion will remain exclusive to the high-end iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
