Apple reportedly developing new journaling app for users to log daily activities

Apple is said to be developing a new journaling app to let users compile their daily activities and log them on their iPhone, according to a new report from The Wall Street Journal.
The new app, which could be unveiled as soon as June at WWDC23, is said to compete in the category of journaling apps, such as Day One, which lets users track and record their activities and thoughts.
According to the report, the new app, codenamed Jurassic, “will analyze the users’ behavior to determine what a typical day is like, including how much time is spent at home compared with elsewhere, and whether a certain day included something outside the norm.”
The WSJ cite documents seen that outline the forthcoming app, claiming that the Apple journaling app offer “All Day People Discovery” to detect a user’s physical proximity to other people, although no further details were shared.
