Apple starts “Unity” Apple Watch Activity Challenge

Apple today has kicked off its Unity Apple Watch Activity Challenge, which rewards users who close their three activity rings for seven days in a row with a special reward in the Fitness app.
Unlike regular Apple Watch Activity Challenges, which usually just require users to complete a workout for a set amount of time, the Unity competition is a little harder, requiring a week’s worth of fitness to unlock the reward, similar to Apple’s annual “Ring in the New Year” challenge.
The Apple Watch Activity Challenge is part of Apple’s celebration of black history. Last week, Apple announced it was launching editorial collections in the App Store, Apple Maps Guides, Today at Apple sessions, and more alongside a new limited-edition “Black Unity” Apple Watch Series 6, accessories, and “Unity” watch face for BHM.
Let’s celebrate Black history this month and keep the momentum going all year long, says Apple. To start, earn this Unity award by closing your Move ring seven days in a row during February.
