Apple has received FCC approval for an unreleased “laptop computer”, believed to be an update to the 13-inch MacBook Pro.
The model identifier, ‘A2159’ matches with one of seven unreleased MacBook Pro models discovered last month in the Eurasian Economic Commission database.
Little information is shared within the FCC document, though it does confirm unreleased Mac hardware is being prepped by Apple. This could be Apple’s highly anticipated all-new 16-inch MacBook Pro, or it could be a minor update to the line, such as a spec-bumped model with the option for 32GB of RAM, for example.
