Apple reports record $114.5 billion Q4 revenue as iPhone and Services surge

Breaking News Apple has reported record revenue of $114.5 billion for its fiscal fourth quarter of 2026, up 12% year over year, as iPhone sales reached a September-quarter record and Services climbed to a new all-time high.
For the three months ended September 26, Apple posted net income of $30.7 billion and diluted earnings per share of $2.10, up 14% from $1.85 a year earlier. Gross margin was 47.9%, with Apple saying tariff refunds contributed roughly one percentage point to the figure.
Apple said the quarter capped off its best fiscal year ever, with full-year revenue reaching $478.8 billion and net income rising to $132.2 billion.
iPhone remained Apple’s biggest business, generating $57.6 billion during the quarter, up from $49.0 billion in the same period last year. That represents growth of roughly 17%, with the quarter including the first sales of iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.
Services revenue rose to a record $31.6 billion, compared with $28.8 billion a year ago, while Mac revenue climbed sharply to $10.8 billion from $8.7 billion. iPad revenue fell to $6.2 billion from $7.0 billion, while Wearables, Home and Accessories declined to $8.3 billion from $9.0 billion.
Greater China was another area of strong growth, with revenue rising to $17.5 billion from $14.5 billion a year earlier. Revenue also increased across the Americas, Europe and the rest of Asia Pacific, while Japan was slightly lower year over year.
Apple’s latest result is also higher than the $109.4 billion it reported in Q3 2026, when revenue rose 16% year over year and diluted EPS came in at $2.02. Compared with that June quarter, Apple’s latest quarterly revenue increased by around 5%.
Earlier this year, Apple posted $111.2 billion in Q2 revenue and $143.8 billion for its record holiday quarter, giving the company a string of unusually strong quarters across fiscal 2026.
Compared with the same quarter a year ago, the jump is even clearer. Apple reported $102.5 billion in Q4 2025, meaning revenue has increased by roughly $12 billion year over year.
CEO John Ternus said the company is heading into the holiday quarter with what he described as its most ambitious lineup yet, pointing to iPhone Duo, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, Apple’s new home hardware, and the arrival of Touch on Mac.
Apple also said its installed base of active devices reached a new all-time high across all major product categories and geographic segments, while operating cash flow for the quarter reached $28 billion.
The company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share, payable on November 16 to shareholders of record as of November 12. Apple’s earnings call begins at 2 p.m. PT, or 10 p.m. in the U.K., where executives are expected to discuss the holiday quarter outlook and demand for the company’s latest products.
