The new iPad mini works with both Apple Pencil Pro and Apple Pencil (USB-C), giving buyers two stylus options depending on the features they need.
Apple Pencil Pro is the more advanced option, supporting features including squeeze and barrel roll, as well as Find My to help locate the Pencil if it is misplaced.
Apple Pencil (USB-C) is the lower-cost option and is aimed at everyday tasks such as note-taking, annotating, and sketching.
Apple Pencil Pro costs $129 in the US and £129 in the UK, while Apple Pencil (USB-C) costs $79 in the US and £79 in the UK.
The new iPad mini also works with Apple’s redesigned TechWoven Smart Folio, which comes in navy blue and taupe and costs $79 in the US and £79 in the UK.
Apple confirmed accessory compatibility alongside the new iPad mini, which features an 8.5-inch OLED display and A20 Pro chip.
