Apple TV 4K and HomeView delivery dates already slipping into late November

Apple’s new Apple TV 4K and HomeView are not due to launch until November 13, but delivery estimates for new pre-orders are already beginning to slip beyond release day.
9to5Mac reports that Apple’s online store in the U.S. is now quoting November 23–27 delivery for new Apple TV 4K orders, pushing estimated arrival dates roughly two weeks beyond the product’s official launch.
HomeView availability is also beginning to tighten. New orders for the silver and starlight tabletop models are currently showing an estimated November 20 delivery date in the U.S., while other HomeView colors are still listed for November 13.
The delays have appeared just days after Apple opened pre-orders for HomeView, HomePod mini 2 and the fourth-generation Apple TV 4K, suggesting early demand or constrained launch inventory is already beginning to affect availability.
Customers hoping to receive either product on launch day may therefore want to order sooner rather than later. Delivery estimates can vary by location and configuration, and Apple may still offer November 13 in-store pickup at some Apple Store locations even where home delivery has slipped.
The fourth-generation Apple TV 4K was announced this week with an A19 chip, built-in far-field microphones for hands-free Siri, Siri AI, a redesigned Siri Remote with Precision Finding and support for a new four-speaker HomePod surround sound setup. Our complete Apple TV 4K guide covers all of the new features, while our pre-order guide has the latest pricing and release details.
HomeView, meanwhile, is Apple’s new 7-inch smart home display, combining Siri AI, FaceTime, entertainment, Apple Home controls and personalized information for members of a household. The Apple Post has a full breakdown of everything you need to know about HomeView, along with its price, colors and release date.
Both Apple TV 4K and HomeView officially launch on Friday, November 13. HomePod mini 2, which launches earlier on October 30, is still listed for launch-day delivery through Apple at the time of writing.
With Apple’s newest home products still several weeks away from release, shipping dates could move further as more orders are placed. Customers set on receiving Apple TV 4K or HomeView as close to launch as possible may now have less flexibility than they did when pre-orders opened.
