Apple Stores change layouts as iPhone 18 Pro goes on sale

Apple Stores have started changing their layouts as the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max arrive in stores around the world.
Photos shared by Japanese X user odasho show Apple Store employees moving displays, unpacking materials and preparing tables ahead of customers arriving for the new iPhone launch.
The overnight changes are a familiar part of Apple’s major product launches, with stores refreshing demo areas and merchandising to make room for newly released devices and accessories.
iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max officially go on sale today, September 18, alongside Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4 and AirPods 5. The first online pre-orders have also been making their way through Apple’s delivery network ahead of launch-day arrivals.
Customers hoping to buy an iPhone 18 Pro without a pre-order may also be able to find stock at their local store. The Apple Post has outlined how to check Apple Store launch-day availability before traveling.
