Apple’s latest products are beginning to reach customers, with the first iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4 and AirPods 5 pre-orders now arriving across Australia and New Zealand as Friday, September 18 gets underway.
Australia and New Zealand are among the first countries to reach launch day because of their time zones, giving customers there the earliest opportunity to receive pre-orders and purchase Apple’s new hardware in stores.
Apple opened iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max pre-orders on September 12, with the new models starting at $1,199 and $1,299 respectively in the United States. Both phones feature the A20 Pro chip, upgraded cameras and iOS 27 with Apple Intelligence and Siri AI.
The launch also includes Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4. Apple Watch Series 12 starts at $399 and introduces Apple’s new Health Sensing System alongside the S11 chip.
AirPods 5 are also reaching customers today, bringing Apple’s latest update to its standard wireless earbuds lineup.
Deliveries and in-store availability will expand across Asia, the Middle East and Europe as Friday begins in those regions, before the launch reaches North America later in the day.
iPhone Duo is not part of today’s launch. Apple’s first foldable iPhone will be available separately on October 23, following pre-orders beginning October 16.
