Apple releases iOS 17.4.1 bug fixing update
Apple has released iOS 17.4.1 for iPhone, bringing with it bug fixes and security improvements.
The release of iOS 17.4.1 has come as no surprise. Rumors suggested that the release of the update would happen at some point this week, with Apple said to be internally testing iOS 17.5, which should be available for beta testing soon.
iOS 17.4.1 brings general bug fixes and security improvements to iPhone following the roll out of iOS 17.4 earlier this month, bringing with it support for alternative app marketplaces in the EU, new mushroom, phoenix, lime, broken chain, and shaking heads emoji, updates to the Battery Health in Settings to show battery cycle count, manufacture date, and first use on iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models, and more.
