Apple readying iOS 17.4.1, launch expected as soon as this week
Apple is said to be readying iOS 17.4.1, with the rumored bug fixing update expected to release as soon as this week.
Apple rolled out iOS 17.4 earlier this month, bringing with it support for alternative app marketplaces in the EU, new mushroom, phoenix, lime, broken chain, and shaking heads emoji, updates to the Battery Health in Settings to show battery cycle count, manufacture date, and first use on iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models, and more.
Hot on the heels of the latest release, a report from MacRumors claims that Apple is readying iOS 17.4.1, which is slated to include bug fixes and improvements. The site also claims that Apple is internally testing iOS 17.5, which should be available for beta testing soon.
Whilst there is no firm evidence of a specific release date, the report suggests that iOS 17.4.1 could be release at some point this week.
