Apple has announced they intend to release a limited edition version of its Beats Studio Buds wireless earphones to celebrate Lunar New Year. These special-edition Studio Buds will feature a red and gold design which represent tiger print accents as to celebrate the “Year of the Tiger.”
We’re celebrating the Lunar New Year with our special-edition Beats Studio Buds. As a tribute to the Year of the Tiger, the Buds feature an all-red design with gold tiger print accents. Out on January 1st!
The company did not release any details around pricing, but they’re expected to cost the same as the standard Beats Studio Buds, which currently cost $149 through Apple. Similar to AirPods Pro, Beats Studio Buds feature Active Noise Cancelling, replaceable ear tips, and an eight-hour battery life.
This news comes shortly after Apple announced they would be offering a limited-edition AirTag with select iPhone purchases as part of a Japanese New Year promotion.
