Steve Wozniak implies he and his wife may have caught coronavirus
Update: Janet Wozniak has said the couple have not caught the coronavirus and that she is suffering from a sinus infection.
Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has said he and his wife “may have both been patient zero” for the spread of the coronavirus in the US.
Woz tweeted on Monday to say upon returning from a trip to China in January, his wife, Janet Wozniak began experiencing a “bad cough” which has lead the pair to now seek medical advice from a clinic in Santa Clara, California, nearly two months after returning from the trip.
Coronavirus symptoms include, but are not limited to: cough, sneezing runny nose, fatigue, sore throat and a fever.

The news comes amid speculation that Apple may cancel its annual Worldwide Developers Conference due to coronavirus fears. The virus has been plaguing Apple’s operations in China, with Apple sending quarantined staff in Wenzhou and Hubei care packages that include an iPad, face masks, a bottle of hand sanitizer and food.
Woz hasn’t shared any update since he shared his location through Twitter.
