Apple removes redesigned Health app from iOS 27.2 beta 4

Apple has removed its redesigned Health app experience from iOS 27.2 beta 4, ending the preview that developers had been testing in earlier versions of the software.
The change does not mean Apple has abandoned the new Health app. Apple had previously said the redesigned experience was only being tested through the iOS 27.2 beta and would launch separately later this year.
As reported by MacRumors, users who install iOS 27.2 beta 4 now see a message explaining that the new Health features will arrive in a future software update. Health data collected while using the preview remains accessible through the Settings app.
The Apple Post previously detailed everything coming to Apple’s redesigned Health app, which introduces a more personalized experience powered by Apple Intelligence, including Insights, Health Age, longevity features and tailored health information.
The redesigned Health experience is expected to begin rolling out in U.S. English later in 2026 on compatible Apple Intelligence devices, with availability varying by device, language and region.
Its removal from the latest beta also suggests Apple is moving iOS 27.2 closer to its public release. The update has been in developer testing since September and is expected later in October.
