Apple’s $250 million Siri AI settlement is now accepting claims, but only a specific group of iPhone buyers in the United States can receive a payment.
Seven iPhone models are covered: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The model is only part of the eligibility test. The iPhone must have been purchased in the United States between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 for personal or business use rather than for resale, and the person submitting the claim must meet the settlement’s U.S. residency requirements.
iPhones eligible for the Siri AI settlement
The complete list is iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Older iPhones are not included. Neither are standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models, which did not support the Apple Intelligence features involved in the case.
Newer iPhones purchased outside the class period are also outside the settlement. The claim is tied to qualifying purchases made from June 10, 2024 through March 29, 2025.
Is the Apple Siri settlement available in the UK?
No. The Apple Siri AI class action settlement is U.S. only.
Buying an eligible iPhone model in the U.K., Canada, Australia, the European Union or another country does not qualify somebody for this U.S. settlement. This is true even if the device itself is otherwise identical to one purchased in the United States.
The distinction is important because the lawsuit and settlement concern a U.S. class. The official claims website asks claimants for information needed to establish that they fall within that class.
How much is the Siri settlement payment?
Eligible claimants are expected to receive approximately $25 for each qualifying device. The exact amount will depend on the number of valid claims and other factors, and payments can be adjusted proportionally.
The maximum is $95 per eligible device. That is a cap rather than a guaranteed payout.

Claims are open through December 21, 2026 at SmartphoneAISettlement.com.
Customers receiving an official notice can use the Claim ID and PIN supplied to them. The website also allows people who believe they qualify to start a claim without those details.
Apple agreed to the $250 million settlement earlier this year after litigation over personalized Siri features advertised as part of Apple Intelligence. Apple denies the allegations and has not admitted wrongdoing.
