Apple announces Apple Business, a new all-in-one platform for companies

Apple has announced Apple Business, a new platform designed to bring together device management, communication tools, and customer engagement features into a single service for businesses of all sizes.
The new Apple Business platform combines mobile device management, business email and calendar services with custom domain support, and tools to help companies reach customers across Apple’s ecosystem. Apple says the platform is built to help organizations manage devices, equip employees with apps, and grow their presence more efficiently and securely.
One of the core features is built-in mobile device management, allowing businesses to configure devices, manage security settings, and deploy apps from a single interface. Apple is also introducing “Blueprints,” which enable companies to set up devices with preconfigured settings and apps, making it easier to get employees up and running with minimal setup.
Apple Business also introduces integrated communication tools, including business email, calendar, and directory services tied to a custom domain name. These features are designed to help companies establish a professional identity while improving collaboration across teams.
The platform also expands how businesses can reach customers across Apple services. Apple says companies will be able to manage how their brand appears across apps like Apple Maps, Wallet, and Mail, with tools to customize place cards, showcase offers, and add actions such as ordering or reservations.
Later this year, Apple plans to introduce ads in Apple Maps through Apple Business. Businesses in the U.S. and Canada will be able to promote their locations during search and discovery, with ads appearing at the top of relevant results. Apple says the feature is built with a privacy-first approach, ensuring that user data is not tracked or shared.
Apple Business will be available starting April 14 in more than 200 countries and regions. The service will be free to use, with optional paid upgrades available for additional iCloud storage and AppleCare+ for Business support.
