iPhone 17, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max available to pre-order Friday

Apple’s new iPhone line-up will open for pre-orders on Friday, September 12, ahead of availability the following week.
Deliveries begin on Friday, September 19, with in-store sales starting the same day.
The range includes the iPhone 17, the ultra-thin iPhone Air, and the high-end iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
All four feature the new Center Stage front camera with a square sensor for landscape selfies, ultra-stabilised 4K HDR video and Dual Capture for recording on the front and rear cameras at once.
The iPhone 17 gains a larger 6.3-inch ProMotion display, the A19 chip and an upgraded 48MP camera system.
The iPhone Air is the thinnest iPhone yet at just 5.6mm, with a titanium frame, Ceramic Shield 2 and a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display.
The Pro models come with a new aluminium unibody design, the A19 Pro chip, advanced cooling, and a triple-camera system with up to 8x optical zoom.
Alongside the new devices, Apple has removed the iPhone 15, iPhone 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max and 16 Plus from sale.
The line-up now consists of: iPhone 17, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 16 and iPhone 16e.
