Beats launch next-generation Beats Solo 4 headphones

Apple-owned Beats has today unveiled the next generation of its most popular headphones, Beats Solo 4, marking the first update to the product in nearly 7 years. It features upgraded sound quality, personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking, new UltraPlush cushions, up to 50 hours of battery life, and Lossless Audio via USB-C.
Available to order starting today in three colors—Matte Black, Slate Blue and Cloud Pink—for $199.99, the launch coincides with the expansion of its bestselling product family with the all-new Beats Solo Buds, which offer up to 18 hours of battery life, one-touch pairing to both iOS and Android users and USB-C charging.

Apple touts that the new Beats Solo 4 headphones are designed with comfort and a secure fit in mind, featuring an ultralight design and plush cushions for durability. They offer high-fidelity acoustics with minimized distortion and latency, along with personalized spatial audio for an immersive experience.
With upgraded microphones and noise-learning algorithms, they are slated to provide excellent call quality and voice assistant interaction. They support dual compatibility with iOS and Android, easy pairing, and device setup. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB-C, and analog input.
