Apple Support app updated with new layout, navigation bar, nearby service providers map, more

Apple has today updated its Apple Support app, introducing a new layout with an added navigation bar, a nearby service providers map, and more.

Available now from the App Store, the new Apple Support app update introduces a Repair Locations tab, which allows users to search for nearby Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), with the option to filter locations on a per-product basis to get directions, schedule appointments, and view the location’s website.

The app’s new layout makes it easier to view and manage calls, chats, reservations, and other activity with Apple Support. Users can tap the Activity tap to see all interactions with Apple over the past 90 days, with users able to open the main Support tab for access to device-specific support, subscription help, and AppleCare coverage information.

Additionally, the latest Apple Support app update expands the app’s availability to Vietnam, with Vietnamese now added as a supported language. The Apple Support app is now available in 32 languages and 174 regions.
