Record-breaking Q2 2022 results expected to be announced by Apple

Apple will report its Q2 2022 financial results today, with Wall Street predicting that the iPhone maker will share record-breaking revenue of $93.9 billion, up from $89.6 billion in the year-ago quarter.

The results will include sales of the all-new Mac Studio and Studio Display, third-generation iPhone SE, fifth-generation iPad Air, and new green iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro, with analysts expecting to see growth in all product categories with the exception of the iPad.

Q1 2022 saw Apple report earnings for the lucrative holiday shopping season, with the iPhone maker beating Wall Street expectations by reporting an all-time revenue record with profits of $34.6 billion.

The call, which customarily is chaired by Apple CEO Tim Cook and Chief Financial Officer Luca Maestri will be held at 2:00 p.m. PT / 5:00 p.m. ET with Apple releasing its full earnings report 30 minutes prior. In typical fashion, Cook and Maestri will take part in a short question and answer session with investors afterwards, which will also be available to stream live on Apple.com.
