As rumored, Apple has unveiled a new Green iPhone 13 and Alpine Green iPhone 13 Pro to join the existing models in the series, adding a new color to the iPhone 13 lineup that now comprises of a total of six finishes including Starlight, Midnight, Blue, Pink, (PRODUCT)RED and Green, and a new color to the iPhone 13 Pro lineup, that NOW comprises of Graphite, Gold, Silver, Sierra Blue and Alpine Green.

The arrival of Apple’s new Green iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro comes after Apple unveiled a purple iPhone 12 at last year’s spring special event. The arrival of today’s new color option suggests that Apple is kicking off a new trend of introducing a new color mid-cycle to its “non-Pro” iPhone tier.

Apple’s new Green iPhone 13 features all the same tech specs as the original models announced last September, featuring a diagonal camera layout, a 20% smaller TrueDepth camera system, the A15 Bionic chip and three storage configurations: 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.

Like the new iPhone 13, the Alpine Green iPhone 13 Pro again features all the same specs as the original models announced last year, including the A15 Bionic chip, a 20 percent smaller TrueDepth camera system, Cinematic mode on iPhone, and more.

Both the Green iPhone 13 and Alpine Green iPhone 13 Pro will be available to pre-order on Friday priced from $799 (US) and $999 (US) respectively. Availability for the two new models will begin the week after on Friday, March 18.
