Apple announces new purple-colored iPhone 12

Apple has announced a new purple-colored iPhone that will be added to the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini lineup on Friday, with the first orders shipping on April 30.
The new iPhone will work just as the current iPhone 12 series does, with 5G, a dual-camera system, Super Retina XDR display with the Ceramic Shield front cover, and more, priced from $699.
Apple announced the iPhone 12 in October, originally launching in five new aluminum finishes, including blue, green, black, white, and (PRODUCT)RED.
Apple today unveiled an all-new stunning purple finish for iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini. This new color beautifully accentuates the flat aluminum edges of iPhone 12, which are perfectly color-matched to the precision-milled back glass.
As with the original iPhone 12 series, the new device will be available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB models.

The new devices will launch with iOS 14.5 and new color-matching MagSafe accessories.
