Seeing an opportunity to cash in on the long lead times are resellers on eBay, who are listing the Polishing Cloth that Apple sells for $19 for up to $100, offering next day delivery for a product Apple is unable to ship until early next year.
A quick search on eBay reveals several listings for the Apple Polishing Cloth, with a clear scam pricing the accessory at over $840, whereas genuine resellers are listing the cloth between $40 – $100, touting the Apple-branded fabric cloth as “super-rare” and a “must-have for true Apple fans.”
